Design the Future – STEM CAMP 2016

Sponsored by Jefferson County Schools and the Niswonger Foundation

Design the Future – STEM Camp is a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering,and Mathematics) Camp designed to enriched and supplement the education of your student. The camp open to students in Jefferson County Schools entering grades 4-8 for next school year (2016-17). Campers will engage in activity-oriented explorations that will enhance their creativity and problem solving skills.

We are proud to announce our partnership with the Niswonger Foundation for STEM Camp 2016.  There will only have one location again this year due to our funding timeline BUT we will accept up to 100 students.  Space is limited!  Sign your child us ASAP.  The camp dates are May 31-June 3, 2016.  We will not meet on Monday, May 25 (Memorial Day).  DO NOT miss out on this exciting opportunity for your student!  The camps will be led by Jefferson County teachers. Each day will be filled with investigations, physical activity, and a snack.

The camp day will begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude at 12:00 noon.

There is NO registration fee – all materials are provided.  Students should not wear their best clothes because this WILL be a day of  investigations and FUN!

Engineering and STEM activities for all students going into 4, 5  and 6 for the school year 2015-16!

STEM Camp is a four day STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)   camp designed to enriched and supplement the education of your student.  The camp is open to students in Jefferson County Schools entering grades 4, 5, and 6 next school  year (2015-16).  Campers will engage in activity-oriented explorations that will enhance their creativity and problem solving skills.  The Camp will be at Jefferson Middle School on May 26-29, 2015.

The camp day will begin at 8:00 each morning and conclude at 12:00 noon.
